Every run is condensed into a standards-based inspection report with stationing, EN 13508-2 coding, DWA-M 149-3 condition class, a stable document number and a four-eyes signature block. Exportable, comparable across runs and stored - with optional password-protected share links for the client.

ISYBAU XML is the German data exchange format; export uses the official XML-2017 vocabulary and is validated against the official XSD before it leaves the server. The SondeScan condition XML ships as a slim structural variant.

Do I need to install anything? Is there a desktop app?

No installation today: Sonde runs entirely in your browser on any modern computer, and we handle the servers and updates. A Windows desktop app for offline field use (local storage that syncs back to the server once you are online again) is in preparation and will follow once the web app is feature complete. For now everything runs in the browser, with nothing to install.

What does it cost?

Three plans: SOLO at 45 USD per month (1 user), PRO at 129 USD per month (up to 5 users, recommended) and BUSINESS at 349 USD per month (unlimited users). Every plan is also available annually for 10x the monthly price, which is 2 months free compared to paying monthly. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; all details are on the pricing page.

Where does my data live?

In a secure cloud hosted in a German data center, with daily backups and strict per-tenant isolation. And your data stays yours: you can export everything at any time - the complete project package (reports, photos, data, GIS, videos) as one ZIP plus a full dataset export.

Which standards are supported?

EN 13508-2 coding with DWA-M 149-3 assessment is native, plus the free SSC catalog in every plan. Export: official ISYBAU XML-2017, the German data exchange format (validated against the official XSD before download), the open SondeScan Multinorm exchange format, SondeScan Zustands-XML (slim own structure), Excel and PDF. Catalogs are switchable per company. SondeScan codes to EN 13508-2 and to the SondeScan Standard, our own condition-coding system, which is documented in full and published at dunedive.com/standard. Licensed proprietary code sets are not bundled: your inspection data stays in an open schema you can map yourself.

Does it work with my camera or crawler?

Any source that speaks RTSP, ONVIF, MJPEG, HLS or USB works today, plus plain file import. Vendor-proprietary crawler protocols (IBAK, iPEK, ...) are not published, so there is no dishonest 'supports everything' claim: a USB frame grabber plus manual telemetry entry covers those rigs fully, and further device integrations are added on request.

Is the AI reliable?

The AI is an assistant, not the inspector. It suggests findings with a confidence value; a person confirms every code before it enters an official report (four-eyes on top). We publish no fabricated accuracy numbers - evaluate it on your own footage during the free trial.

How do I invoice my customers?

Directly from the inspection: Swiss QR-bill, German B2G XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoice export, plus a bookkeeping-friendly CSV export. Time records prefill invoice lines. VAT is configurable per country (CHF, EUR and THB 7% built in).

Can I get my data out again?

Always. Complete tenant dataset export (JSON/ZIP), a full project package (reports, photos, data, GIS, videos) as one ZIP, plus the standards exports (ISYBAU, Excel, PDF). No exit fee, no proprietary archive.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Every plan is available monthly or annually, and both are cancellable whenever you want - the annual option simply saves 2 months compared to paying monthly. The 14-day trial ends without obligation if you decide not to subscribe.

Which languages does the app speak?

English and German, completely: interface, transactional mail and PDF reports. Every visible string exists in both languages; you switch at any time.
